According to our comprehensive observation and analysis, the following Strengths and Weaknesses of Mini Co-op city are identified. 4.1.1. Strengths †¢ As the cost of living is relatively high, this cater to low income earners by providing commodities at controlled prices, which results in lesser price fluctuations. †¢ Samurdhi beneficiaries receive stamps of Rs.240, Rs.340, Rs.540 per month to purchase commodities. 4.1.2. Weaknesses †¢ Lack of parking facilities. †¢ The name board is not attractive and eye catching. †¢ Arrangement of goods and layout is ineffective. †¢ Display has not been utilized in correct manner and the eye level shelves are empty. †¢ They are practicing the sales oriented concept, not the marketing oriented concept. †¢ No marketing and promotional effort. †¢ Lack of staff and currant members are not enthusiastic. †¢ The place in which outlets are located is not convenient. 4.2. EMINEM: How Much Damage Can You Do With a Pen "Damn how much damage can you do with a pen", says rapper Eminem in his song titled, Who Knew. This song is on Eminem’s most recent and most controversial album, The Marshall Mathers LP. If it possible for one single quote to sum up my research paper, then this quote does it. There exists an intense and extremely controversial set of circumstances surrounding Eminem and his music. Eminem’s lyrics have been intensely criticized lately and have been categorized as hate-filled and inappropriate by many gay organizations. The leading organization in this controversy is the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, more commonly referred to as GLAAD. Their primary focus is to create consciousness about Eminem’s inappropriate use of derogatory words against homosexuals. GLAAD is protesting Eminem’s album as well as his four Grammy nominations. Since GLAAD is a liberal gay organization, they are limited by definition; in terms of how much they can participate in the complex situation that surrounds Eminem’s lyrics. They see words as either derogatory or not. Therefore they can not truly take part in the discussion about the constant evolution of the meanings of words, that occurs in our society. Eminem is undoubtedly the best artist to use as an example to show the effect of artist’s lyrics upon society, especially upon the youths in our society. Whether or not Eminem’s lyrics are offensive enough to be banned is a discussion without a true answer. Therefore the major focus of my paper, the connection between music (particularly rap and Eminem) and our culture, is a subject which is greatly affected by whomever’s eyes you are looking out of. The most effective way of understanding... ...e beauty of language, and its many varying applications. Rap is a style of music unlike any other. Rap is competition in its rawest and most simple form. It is based on a set of traditions that promotes the besting of those who have just bested you. Doing damage is essential to excelling in rap. If you participate in rap and don’t do damage then you won’t be doing rap justice. If you participate in rap and don’t do damage then you are not sticking to the lofty traditions rap has and you are not helping to enhance language. Most importantly, if you participate rap, or even if you don’t and you voice your thoughts through another form of creative expression and you don’t do damage, then you are cheating yourself. And you will never be able to honestly answer the question of, How much damage can you do with a pen? And that is a lost opportunity that no person deserves.

The success of a business does not rely only on the quality of products or services that the company offers to the market.Even though the company provides the best product or service that the customer may avail, the success of the marketers will still be based on how the company executes their marketing plans. Apparently, the strategic plans do not refer merely to the supply chain management and marketing mix.The marketers need to consider the possible impact of the products, advertisements, and competitors in penetrating the market. Since the marketplace is a wide area where the marketers, customers, and even competitors meet, it is necessary for the marketers to understand the important factors that may help the product to stay and grow in the market.Consumers’ AttitudeThere are many reasons why people purchase the products in the market. Basically, they buy products because those are part of their needs while some purchase the products for luxury alone. Regardless of the re asons of the consumers in buying the product, the target of the marketers is always to create awareness and sell the products to the target markets.The marketers should always remember that people buy a certain product to satisfy the needs which could be another complicated term for the company who would like to penetrate the market. Islam was a very popular religious belief that had followers from all around, but we ask why it spread so quickly over a short period of time. There were different factors that had allowed Islamic beliefs to cover such a large area so quickly. The Islam religion started with a man named Muhammad. A tough childhood, losing his parents at an early age and working as a merchant most of his life . He retreated to a cave in a near mountain. He said it was there that he received his first revelation from God at age 40. Three years after the revelation he began preaching publicly. He had gained few followers early on and was met with hostility from Meccan tribes. This specific part of economic growth directly could show why it spread so quickly because if the Islamic towns and cities were growing due to increase in food supply, than so would the religion. Allowing a reason for more people to move in and follow the religion. Another part of the Islamic economic growth would be the paper industry.
